Stanley Cup Finalists Playoff Stories
Vancouver Canucks                          Vancouver wins series 4-3 in Game 7.
Chicago-The Vancouver Canucks started their playoffs with a game and series against the Chicago Blackhawks. They won their first game 2-0, then won the next game 4-3. Soon enough, they had their series 3-0 after a 3-2 win. But after that Chicago came back to tie the series, trying to relive what Pheladelphia did against Boston. On Game 7, Alex Burrows scored the first goal, that stayed until the 3rd Period, Alex Burrows had a penalty shot, but Cory Crawford saved that. Then, with a minute left in Game 7, Jonathan Toews scored the goal that tied it up. In OT, Alex Burrows got a hooking call 24 seconds in the game. Patrick Sharp then shot on Roberto Luongo, but he saved that. After the Burrows penalty, Campoli tried to clear the puck, but Burrows, in front of the penalty box, picked the puck up went to the slot, and a second after that, the horn had gone off and all of Vancouver was celebrating, "The Goal".

Vancouver wins series 4-2 in Game 6
Nashville- After Nashville beat Anaheim and Vancouver beat Chicago, it was Nashville and Vancouver, Round 2. Game 1, Vancouver won 1-0 with a Chris Higgins goal. But in Game 2, Nashville won in 2OT to tie the series. In Game 3, the regalation time died, tied. That meant overtime. And the hero was Ryan Kessler. In Game 4, Vancouver won, winning 4-2. In Game 5, with a 3-1 series, Vancouver wanted one more win to make it to Round 3, but Nashville forced Game 6, winning 4-3.
In Game 6, Vancouver won 2-1 against the Predators making it to Round 3, going against the San Jose Sharks.

Vancouver wins series 4-1 in Game 5.
San Jose- Vancouver's Roberto Luongo and San Jose's Antti Niemi were two goalie rivals in this series. So Vancouver went into the series to win 3-2 in Game 1.
In Game 2, Vancouver and San Jose went against each other in a very close game in the two periods, but in the third, was Niemi's worst nighmare. Vancouver was winning in a one goal game(3-2) after 40 minutes but after 60, it was 7-3. Vancouver dominated them in Game 2 to lead the series 2-0. At Game 3, in the Shark Tank, San Jose won against Vancouver (4-3) to make the series 2-1. But at Game 4, Sami Salo slapshoted the puck in the net 2 times on a 2 man advantage. So did Ryan Kessler, buying one also. Making it 3-0, but in the 3rd, San Jose tried to come back by scoring two goals but Alex Burrows scored another Canuck goal to win 4-2. At elimination night in Vancouver, British Columbia, it was the Vancouver Canucks best game of the 40 years it was living.
In the first period, Alex Burrows scored a wrist shot that was assisted by the Sedin Brothers. In the second period, Patrick Marleau scored a wristshot that made the game tied. But in the third period, Luongo tried to go to the puck that was a few feet in front of his net, but made a mistake and next thing you know, the score is 2-1. That remained throughout the third period, with 30 seconds to go, Vancouver was down 1, every Canuck fan was down, until 13.2 seconds to go. Ryan Kessler, tips it in, to make the score even! In OT, Rodgers Arena was nervous, Roberto Luongo, was the game saver. Saving 54 goals in the game! Then in 2OT, the arena was all nervously watching as the puck was saved and shot. but about 9 minutes into the game, the whole arena, the teams, Antti Niemi, thought Edler cleared the puck to put it behind the net, everyone was watching behind the net, except Kevin Bieksa, so he took the puck that was next to his stick and shot it right in the net, no one knew how the puck got into the net, but they just cheered.
And that is how Vancouver the President Trophy winners got to the Stanley Cup.

Boston wins series 4-3 (OT) in Game 7
Boston Bruins
Montreal- Montreal and Boston were two rivals. Montreal was leading the series 2-0. Until Boston came up to lead series 3-2. But Montreal came up to tie the series 3-3 going into sudden death, Game 7. But the biggest sudden death time is when teams go into Game 7, tied up after regulation going into overtime, like what Chicago and Vancouver did. This playoff season has lead to several overtimes. And that's exactly what happened with Montreals and Bostons Game 7.
All you want to know is that it didn't end well for Montreal.

Boston wins series 4-0 in Game 4

Pheladelphia- All Boston wanted to do with Pheladelphia was to avoid deja vu from the 2010 Playoffs (Boston led 3-0, until Pheladelphia came back to win series 4-3) but this time it didn't work for the Flyers. The Flyers had a frustrating time with the Bruins. The Bruins led 3-0 in Game 3. Pheladelphia tried to win Game 4 this time, but lost 5-1 (because of tons of empty netters). To Gave Boston a sweep. Maybe next year, Pheladelphia.

Boston wins series 4-3 in Game 7

Tampa Bay- Tampa Bay played very good these playoffs, so they went to meet their match, the Boston Bruins. Tampa won the first game 5-2. But not the next few games. But they played so well that they went to compete with Boston in Game 7. Game 7's are tricky for players, because its a win or die moment. While Vancouver won the Western Confernce and got a seat at the Finals, Boston wanted it the most. So they won Game 7 by beating Tampa  Bay 1-0.
